Prompt, Flexible, Efficient Service

The prompt, flexible, efficient service -- e.g. my servicing with grooming will be completed at 2PM but I was unable to wait as I need to leave at 12 noon and the registration lady suggested that I come another day. However, to my surprise Mr. Bryan, the Service Advisor, got it done by 12 noon and I am so grateful.
