Impressive Product Knowledge

I am impressed with Raja, the engineer, with his product knowledge. He was able to give advice and recommendation throughout the whole servicing period. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is friendly and has an excellent service attitude that helps to elevate the company's image. Other than Mr. Raja, I would like to give credit to Mr. Eric for his after sales service. If it's not for him, I would have not met Mr. Raja and his team.
