I enjoyed the entire process. My sales consultant, was not pushy at all and was able to explain the key benefits of the car which would suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did his best to assist with any questions I had even when I wasn't at the showroom. Interestingly enough, a few days after I purchased my Grandland, I recommended a colleague of mine to see Andrew, and after a day of deliberation, he chose to buy the Crossland immediately!
