Satisfied with the service coordinator, Mr. Rahman who is well-experienced. He has a good personality and patience on handling customer complaints. He took the effort to understand the issues that the customer is facing with their car and recommended repair solutions for the car. Even sharing on the condition on the car issues & repaired made. Looking forward to coordinate with Mr. Rahman in future on service arrangement & problem face with my car subsequently. Good job.
