I am impressed with Raja, the engineer, with his product knowledge. He was able to give advice and recommendation throughout the whole servicing period. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is friendly and has an excellent service attitude that helps to elevate the company's image. The prompt, flexible, efficient service -- e.g. my servicing with grooming will be completed at 2PM but I was unable to wait as I need to leave at 12 noon and the registration lady suggested that I come another day. The prompt, flexible, efficient service -- e.g. my servicing with grooming will be completed at 2PM but I was unable to wait as I need to leave at 12 noon and the registration lady suggested that I come another day. However, to my surprise Mr. Bryan, the Service Advisor, got it done by 12 noon and I am so grateful.
